Interaction with audience
In these days it is key for people in marketing to be able to communicate with its audience. Years ago people would write into PlayStation magazines in order to have a response. However now it only takes a quick google to discover the countless ways that now you can use to communicate with PlayStation. Whether it’s technical support or just the fact that you can direct message PlayStation on Twitter to receive a PlayStation. I have done both, I have written into magazines only not to receive a response and be waiting weeks to only receive nothing. Where now i can load up an app on my phone and text the PlayStation support team. This normally comes back in an hour. This means that the PlayStation team that is communicating with the customers have to both come up with a certain way of communicating with customers. Even on apps such as Twitter the posts that the admins post are all open for communication and people regularly comment. The most important thing is that the admins will comment back and keep the conversation going. This is key in giving the customers the idea to stay with a certain company such as PlayStation
